Hi and thanks for your replies, I have setup the following configurations
1. internet proxy: 172.16.2.121 (is labelled as public, and reachable only by the public zone) 2. intranet proxy: 172.16.2.156 (is labelled as internal, and reachable only by the internal zone) 3. intranet dns: 172.16.2.157 (labelled as admin_low, only has a www.domain.com resolv to a webserver i.p. labelled as internal as well) setting up firefox 1. In public zone, when i use the public.pac scripts to alter the proxies, the browser is giving me a page unable to be displayed, but when i switch it to manual i.e. setting the proxy ip in the browser, internet browsing works 2. in internal zone, when i use the internal.pac scripts to alter the proxies, the browser is also giving me a page unable to be displayed, but when i try to resolve the intranet webserver (www.domain.com), the webpage shows. The prompt doesn't show as per Glenn's demo when i try to surf external webpages. My url-xfer service is running only in the public zone, and the MLP has been assigned to the public zone only as well. Please let me know what's wrong with this setup.
