Is there a decent tutorial location on the Net with firewall "big picture perspective" that eventually trickles down to specific How To's and specific rules. It becomes a bit cumbersome for training purposes, to explain in clear concise language what the forest is all about when newbies are simply told to go read about the individual details of each particular tree.

Seniors, in particular have the numbers and common sense to help keep open source free; they would obviously be appreciative of being able to be involved with internet and all it has to offer, if costs can be kept down, as Linux promises, at least today.

The challenge to learn and continue to learn Linux is clearly something many would work through; especially when they can actually find an answer to their questions, rather than being told "don't worry ! Willy and the Boys from Seattle will automatically look after everything, just point and click"

Any information will be considered. Thanks in advance.
