Job Description:
Supporting the Netegrity SiteMinder and DMS
products providing third level product and defect
support
� Must have an excellent working knowledge of
the following products:
o Netegrity SiteMinder and DMS
o Critical Path's Injoin Directory Server
o Microsoft Active Directory
� Must be comfortable with Windows NT and
Windows 2000. Security experience is preferred
� Excellent oral and written communication skills
� Ability to work in a team environment
� Technical aptitude with the ability to solve
complex problems
� Ability to communicate technical details in terms
that customers can understand and translate their
needs into actions
� Ability to handle multiple tasks while paying
attention to detail
� Customer Service oriented
� Positive attitude
� And other duties as assigned
