Target Candidate Qualifications: -Cisco Infrastructure - CCIE level experience with 10 years hands on. 5+ years in LAN/WAN design and deployment, expert in installation, configuration and troubleshooting. 5+ years Routers, switches and Load Balancing 5+ years experience with Network Security, Firewalls, IDS, VPN, Web/Proxy Servers. 3+ years Network Monitoring Tools Administration. 2+ years Unix and Windows NT 4/2000 Server 2+ years Scripting (Perl, Shell, VB Script) 2+ years Project Management -Is an expert in TCP/IP Protocol Suite and Routing Protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP, UDP, BGP4, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP2 ), experience with internet topology and routing. -Has expertise in LAN and WAN technologies (Ethernet, L2/L3 Switching, ATM, Frame Relay, QOS, ISDN PRI, IPSEC ) Analyzers probes and Sniffers. -Expert in configuration and troubleshooting complex Routing Protocols (EIGRP, RIP2, OSPF, BGP) -Technical excellence in Global Network Security and Management products and practices. -Hands on experience in Security Architectures, policy and procedures. -Experience with Systems Administration (SUN Solaris, Linux, NT, Cisco IOS), Firewall Administration, Scripting (Unix shell, PERL, Java Script), and various encryption, authentication, protocols is desired. -Working knowledge of Cisco firewalls, VPN, routers and switches. -Working knowledge of commercial IDS systems (Installation, configuration and troubleshooting) -Must have experience configuring CiscoWorks, ACS, HP Openview, MRTG, SNMP & RMON tools. -Capable of performing tasks in dynamic/changing situations and, under stress, optimizing availability, security and monitoring of network services.
