Job description follows; to apply, send your resume to [EMAIL PROTECTED]** POSITION DESCRIPTION The Senior Systems Engineer develops and maintains technical documentation for the professional services team, customers, and partners. The Senior Systems Engineer serves as a technical coordinator and contributes to the sales effort to acquire and retain customers. SPECIFIC DUTIES Responsibilities include all aspects of course development, coordinating engagements, and assisting Senior Systems Engineers in deployment and sales cycle. - Assisting the Vice President of Systems Engineering to leverage senior engineers throughout the U.S. in deployment and upgrading Recourse’s products - Identifying/defining new joint business opportunities with partners - Coordinating training activities between engineering, professional services, and sales - Assisting in developing and delivering training to partner organizations, customers, and Recourse Technologies personnel REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS - Experience in enterprise software sales, consulting or implementation - Five plus (5+) years experience in course development, with 2 years experience in training - Experience with installing Solaris operating systems and security products PREFERENCES - Combination of business and technical education and/or experience desirable - Emphasis with information security principles and practices - Experience developing, training, and delivering course material - CISSP and SANS certification a plus Recourse Technologies is the leading provider of threat management solutions that contain, control, and respond to malicious computer attacks, enabling secure and uninterrupted business operations.
