I am currently looking for an entry-level position to enable to move
from IT to an IT Security role. I am educated to degree level and I have 4
years experience in an IT background as a support analyst for a financial
software house. I have experience in the applications side, as well as
dealing with VMS and UNIX systems. I am currently reading security books and
white papers to familiarise myself with the different security fields. I am
due to go on a course next month, so I can gain my =
CCNA. I have also applied to do an MSc in IT Security at Westminster
University though I am awaiting an interview and acceptance.
