Responsible for implementing information security strategies as identified by the Commercial Security Officer. Participate in application projects, ensuring that security standards of technology & configuration are applied to new system implementations and risks are adequately mitigated. Responsible for hands-on management, execution & measurement of information security control processes. Accountable for leveraging automated tools & manual processes to monitor compliance with information security policies. Coordination with Corporate Information Security as well as partnering with Information Security peers in other LOB's to develop a "best-in-class" security function is key expectation of position. Support Commercial Information Security Officer & CTO on the implementation of information security strategy & operating priorities. Represent the Commercial LOB on various Information Security governance groups or committees. Support integration of Information Security Program into Commercial (policies, standards of configuration, standards of technology & vendor information security). Participate on special projects & technology risk management initiatives at LOB & Corporate levels. Ensure that exposures identified by Computer Security Incident Response (CSIRT) Team are addressed in a timely manner through proper security patch implementation & testing. Monitor & investigate suspected security breaches. Support resolution of Corporate Audit, Compliance, or Technology Risk Management related information security or privacy issues of Commercial.
