We are looking for an Practice Manager, reporting to the CEO, who can build an information security professional services arm for my clients company. The right individual will be responsible for the development and growth of their Information Security Practice. You will be responsible for the hiring and retaining of staff and the utilization your sales and business development skills, working with the development team, to integrate security solutions to existing and future clients. You will be interfacing with clients and establishing and/or re-establishing relationships and will have overall management responsibility of the practice in order to achieve goals and divisional profit objectives. There are key business partners that you will be interfacing with as well, some of which include of the following: Checkpoint, Recource Technologies and RSA. We are looking for a minimum of seven years experience in sales and delivery of network and security solutions/services The chosen individual will have a proven track record of business development and history of driving services revenue. The ability to manage a group of 10-20 consultants/professionals is also required. The existing client base is fairly large, but we will be looking for this individual to bring existing business relationships and contacts in the Information Security Market, however it's not required.
