I am in the process of looking for my next challenge.  I have been involved 
in the recruitment industry for the past 8 years, the last 5 of which have 
been specialising in Information Security and Business Continuity 
recruitment at a management level.

In my last post I was responsible for establishing a recruitment service on 
behalf of a specialist Information Security management consultancy and 
fully integrating recruitment into the other service lines of the 
organisation.  My key achievements were:

* Sourcing and personally placing in excess of ?1.75 million of  pipeline 
business in 18 months, of which over ?1.0 Million was invoiced in the first 
full financial year.
* Formulated agreements with numerous Recruitment Agencies to ensure the 
ability to supply candidates to clients;
* Managing the full recruitment Profit and Loss accounts;
* Built the client base covering both the Private and Public Sector;
* Establishing numerous value added services relating to the recruitment of 
specialist individuals including:
* Assisting Clients with the writing of specialist Role descriptions;
* Technical Interviewing and testing;
* Specialist Security/Business Continuity Training for candidates with a 
shortfall in specialist skill levels;
* Provision of a mentoring service for security specialists in environments 
where they are the only resource;
* Representing the company at numerous exhibitions and seminars;
* Conducting all recruitment services in accordance with BS 7799 and the 
1998 Data Protection Act.

I am interested in a challenging position either establishing and/or 
managing a recruitment service for a consultancy, an in-house recruitment 
role or even a good position at a recruitment organisation.

I am looking for a role that is based outside of the UK, however for 
certain countries I would require visa sponsorship.
