Salary: $95k - $120k base + bonus

Our client, a large financial institution in the Great Lakes region, is
looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to lead and manage the efforts of
the Information Security Project Management group.  The primary focus of
this group is to ensure that the organization is positioned to embrace
new technologies in a secure and controlled manner.  Project initiatives
include but are not limited to audit finding resolution, platform
security, security access control provisioning, application security and
application development initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for proactively anticipating and sponsoring initiatives to
effect changes to the company's Information Security posture based on
current/future industry and corporate trends.

Act as a liaison between the Information Security Department and
internal clients to assist in the identification and/or review of
business requirements where warranted.

Define the scope and strategic direction of multiple projects and manage
project lifecycles.

Perform security architecture reviews, risk assessments, and necessary
tasks to define and resolve Audit finding and Information Security
related issues.

Continually improve the Information Security project accreditation
oversight process.

Promote security awareness and build successful working relationships
throughout the organization.

Required Skills:

Must exemplify the client�s core values: Accountability, Integrity,

5-10 years technology, Information Security and/or Information Risk
related management experience with a background in distributed
enterprise-scale organizations.

Executive level management skills:

Ability to lead, manage and hire staff.
Forecasting, planning, and budget development.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Executive level presentation skills.

Solid understanding of technology and security process requirements
(project accreditation, project management, compliance issues, etc.)

Extensive project management experience.

Consultative nature - ability to understand requirements, capable of
building relationships, ability to successfully manage complicated
issues and provide resolution.

Preferred Skills:

CISSP certification, CISA certification - other industry related
education, training, and certifications. Masters Degree
