I am an experienced IT security consultant who has just finished a contract for a Swiss financial institution, reporting to the Chief Security Officer, and responsible for the development and formation of an Incident Response Team, CERT, and implemenation of network-based Intrusion Detection. On this contract, I had a budget of about 1 million, and management responsibility for about 30 people. I have previously consulted for a variety of Fortune 100 companies and US government organizations, both on an executive and technical basis.
