Must be well versed in OO design and development. Must have leading-edge technical expertise and a history of producing high-quality software. Experience developing enterprise security software and with biometrics highly desirable. Essential Job Functions: 1.Collaborate with other developers to Design and develop high-quality, leading-edge software for enterprise security products. 2.Design, write, test, debug, and document software in languages and environments appropriate to development projects. 3.Work with others to resolve software defects. 4.Keep management aware of status of development projects. 5.As required, function as a technical lead for small teams of developers. 6. As required, interface with customers, test group personnel, and field support personnel to identify customer requirements and solve problems. 7.Participate in design and code reviews. 8.Mentor other developers in areas of expertise.
