Experience supporting customers and managing a technical function is also required, as is a proven ability to manage multiple projects and balance priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Ideal candidates will have experience with open-source security tools, will have managed security services in a geographically distributed environment, and will have worked in a 24/7 operation.
