Primary Responsibilities: This role requires a thorough understanding of the Risk Assessment and Management process and has an extensive background in Security Risk Assessments for Web-based applications, Firewall Policy implementation, and project management. This individual is well versed in current security best practices, general IT concepts, and incident response and recovery. This individual is skilled in the risk analysis and vulnerability assessment techniques, to include the use of automated tools and related techniques. This individual analyzes network and organizational architectures, identifies problem areas, and applies appropriate baseline controls or best practice solutions to identified problem areas. This individual is current in the latest safeguard technologies and their application in a wide range of business environments. This individual participates in controlled penetration projects and performs security product evaluation and testing.
