SECURITY OPERATOR: 1-2 years’ operations experience; MS Windows, UNIX and X-Windows Reporting to the Manager, Security Solutions, you will operate and monitor security operations consoles. This will involve responding to alerts appearing on security consoles and pagers; performing initial event analysis and escalating to the appropriate group, if required; and monitoring a variety of defined Web sites, computer bulletin boards and mailing lists for advance warning of computer security threats. Some shift work and/or on-call support will be required.
