>From 1991 to 1999, I was enlisted in the US Army MOS 98G with Russian
Language. I have consistently scored a 3/3 on the DLPT, and have a very
strong background in SIGINT, including time at Bad Aibling Station.
Additionally, I have very superior IT skills, having served as a Unix
system and network administrator since 1996. This has given me a wide
