TITLE: SENIOR SECURITY ENGINEER - Tier III TYPE: Direct Hire START DATE: Immediate LOCATIONS: Atlanta, GA RESPONSIBILITIES: � Provide Tier III technical support to corporate customers on the following security solutions: Checkpoint Firewall � 4.1, NG; Nokia IPSO; RSA ACE/Server; and Intrusion PDS. � Build-out test environments to resolve complex customer issues and to develop solution sets or configuration white papers for customers. � Act as Tier III technical escalation support for after-hours technical support related issues. � Ability to learn new and emerging technologies to an engineering level of detail for future technical support or managed service offerings � Manage and Monitor customer Firewalls and Intrusion Detection Systems adhering to corporate standards relating to change control and Incident Response. � Provide consultation to Managed Services customers regarding configuration change requests and event analysis. � Prepare detailed reports for Managed Services customers for internal management review.
