Network Security Position in Norther Virginia Here is the position description:
This position primarily consists of performing comprehensive vulnerability assessments for clients. The successful candidate will conduct hands-on technical vulnerability assessments with open source and/or commercial tools, assess vulnerabilities and risks, and document findings and recommendations for clients. Security planning may entail interviews with system owners and systems administrators, collect and analyze security related data, perform risk assessments, document and recommend management, operational, and technical controls; and write systems security plans for general support and major application systems in accordance with NIST and similar guidance. In addition to security analysis skills, the successful candidate must possess interpersonal and communications skills and excellent writing skills.
