Hello all, I am recruiting for 3 network security support engineers. The positions are located in Southern California. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in computer technology, network security & support, a college degree,and a passion for security. Candidates should possess a combination of strong interpersonal skills as well as a solid understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts, especially those relating to network security. Experience and conceptual understanding of firewalls, intrusion detection systems and vulnerability scanners is highly desirable:Nessus Internet Scanner, Cybercop Scanner, SAINT, Harris Stat, or Retina Scanner. Exposure working across both Windows and UNIX platforms. Good organization skills; capable of effectively balancing multiple responsibilities. Engineers will learn quickly and gain vast amounts of knowledge regarding information security through both on the job and scheduled training.
