Become a good team player
Become an acknowledged internal expert on some aspects of security
Demonstrated your ability to lead projects and take part in projects lead by
others
Within the first year you will have
Demonstrated your commitment to the company and team by taking part in
information sessions and information groups
Proved your ambition to succeed in the company
Started to take responsibility for mid to large projects and contributed to
the overall direction of the company through thought leadership.
The main traits that the company is looking for in the person that they hire
are technical ability, sales ability, ability to deliver, communication
skills, flexibility and team orientation.

This role is only open to people who already have experience of working in
Canberra, and who are prepared to relocate there at their own expense if
they don't already live there.
