NEED: IT Security Training & Awareness Manager. Location: Central London, UK. Salary: �45,000 + Benefits. Our client is a major force in Financial Products operating on a global basis. In line with developing their central globalised unit, they require a Training and Awareness Manager to take full ownership of running awareness campaigns and training courses for security issues across the Group. Your role will be to co-ordinate security training collateral and deliver key information security awareness programmes to end-users and management to increase security issues up the value chain. The company has many IT based products and thus security awareness may be included at a product and presented to their client base. You will be experienced in launching awareness campaigns and following these through in order to gain commitment through the organisation thus reducing risk. The need to understand information risk and security issues is essential but not so important as the ability to drive knowledge and issues through the business using a number of techniques.
