THE COMPANY: A global leader tasked with providing risk management solutions to multinational companies who operate in environments with high degrees of operational risk. CORPORATE SECURITY PROFILE: The Corporate Information Security group (CIS) within the Global Technology Services group is responsible for managing many aspects of information security. This includes network security, DMZ, Firewalls, Unix & NT environment, Intrusion Detection, AS/400, Web Architecture, Anti-Virus and other specialized technologies. This group is also responsible for all information security liaisons with customers, internal and external audit, and regulatory entities. As such, the CIS is the hub for all information and technology security architecture, development, engineering, awareness programs, and management. This is a highly visible role so successful candidates will need to be professional, consultative in nature, and good communicators. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain an understanding of business services and how they are impacted by the security architecture. Manage and assist in the development, implementation and support of all security related TCP/IP networks, both internal and external, and all Internet access networks. Familiarity with firewalls, proxy servers, routers, IDS, VPNs, encryption technologies, etc. Assist in the security review and testing of all networks, servers and applications. Interface with project leaders, developers and members of other departments to identify security related issues. Assist in the security analysis & performance of all networks. Assist in troubleshooting problems and recommending solutions. Help establish security policies and procedures; ensure that procedures are properly followed. Stay abreast of industry developments, advisories and technical advancements; analyzing the impact they have on the existing network infrastructure. QUALIFICATIONS: 4+ years experience in security & networking technologies. Strong TCP/IP background related to both systems & networks. Working knowledge of various security hardware and software products. Experienced with routers, firewalls, proxy servers, IDS and communications servers. Familiar with dial circuits, leased lines, frame relay, ISDN, T-1, VPN, Internet, etc. Familiar with common OS commands & security tools Experienced with NT, Win2k and Microsoft platform security, Unix, networking and Internet technologies. YOU MUST HAVE ADVANCED ENTERPRISE SCALE MICROSOFT SECURITY SKILLS. Good verbal and writing skills. Good project management & interpersonal skills. Ability to research subjects on the Internet or through vendor released documentation. College Degree preferred Please send your resume in Word.
