Job Title: Senior Programmer/Analyst
Location: Upper North Shore
MUST BE an AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN able to take up National Security Clearance
Description: Working on Information Security products, the role will
involve constant exposure to the full development life-cycle, from
designing and development through to implementation of new applications
and the continued development of core products.
Skills: Essential
1) Strong C and C++ programming skills on Windows, also experience of
using OO-techniques.
2) TCP/IP, SMTP and FTP experience (E-Mail, MIME Format, MS OutLook,
MS OutLook Express, other E-Mail clients i.e. Lotus, Eudora)
3) Experience with low-level (assembler) and Linux programming
Preferable but not essential
4) Database experience
5) Cryptographic and Lexicographic implementation exposure
6) Perl, Java, HTML and XML
7) VB, Delphi and GUI design experience
Experience: Windows (NT/2000) security, services and remote processes
as well as multithreading programming. You will be dynamic, pro-active and
a self stater.
Qualification: Applicant should have degree in computer science or
comparable qualification in computer science with at least 2-3years
commercial environment.
Essential: Successful applicant must be capable of working in a small
friendly team. The person must be creative, self-starter as well as a
lateral thinker. We need a problem solver not a problem ‘patcher’ and
