My client is seeking a strong CTO with 10-12 years of experience and a
successful track record as a CTO with a security company. You will set
security policies, industry standards, processes, write white papers,
represent the company as a speaker at all conferences, get involved in
prototyping, work closely with R&D, give advice on where the market is
going, advise and counsel the product management team, and work with the
CEO on the company's vision and where the market is going. Must have a
PHD in Computer Science or Engineering. Excellent compensation and equity
