Duties:

Responsible for the management and career development for a portion of a 
software engineering team. Responsibilities include quarterly reviews and 
continual skill set improvement. Provide technical management for a team 
of Software Engineers with diverse expertise; responsible for the 
technical development and management of products during their entire life 
cycle; manage development team to deliver or maintain a product defined by 
a product management group; produce functional specification, design and 
architectural document and engineering plan; create development schedule 
and defined a development project in conjunction with product management 
group; work closely with Quality Assurance team to produce testable 
design, test plans, test scripts, test tools and quality product.  This 
role will also entail significant hands-on programming.

Requirements 
BS-Computer Science or Equivalent Experience in related field is required.
2-4 years experience in personnel management required; 
6+ years of demonstrated design and development experience; fluency in 
Java, C/C++, STL, MS Dev Studio; proven object oriented design and 
programming experience; relevant operating system experience on variety of 
Unix and Microsoft Windows operating systems; knowledge of emerging 
technologies; "Just Do It" Attitude a major plus.
