Director of Product Marketing

The Position: The Product Marketing Director will be responsible for the 
outbound marketing activities for  product line. As a key member of the 
Product Team, the Director will create and own marketing collateral 
(whitepapers, sales tools, data sheets, etc.), competitive analysis, 
product positioning, sales training and all other product-related 
outbound marketing activities. The Director of Product Marketing will 
work closely with the Product Managers, Marketing Communications, and 
Sales. This position will report to the Director of Security Products. 
The Candidate: The successful candidate will have 6-10 years experience 
with 2 or more years as a Director..

 Experience in the high technology arena, preferably with experience in 
security products. 
Technical acumen and experience with enterprise security products are 
highly valuable. 
Strong written and oral communication skills are mandatory. 

Candidates with high energy, a responsive attitude, and a desire for 
success will be given preference.

 Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate: 
- The ability to conceive and initiate new ideas - The ability to engage 
completely with the technical and sales communities with good 
communication and credibility - Establish strong and persistent brand 
identity with customers and the overall marketplace
 - The ability to provide vision, guidance, and structure to outbound 
marketing A Bachelor`s degree in Marketing or a technical field is ideal, 
MBA desirable.
