My client is looking for: Solid track record - no jumpers allowed -Presently selling into Federal DoD (Dept.of Defense) -Candidates should have at least 5-7 yrs. BusDev experience -Strong technical understanding of Network Security, Intrusion Detection, and Data Networking is a plus. -Candidates should have created OEM partnerships and Strategic Alliances with other large Security and Networking vendors. The ideal candidate has experience within the Federal Gov't space - specifically the DoD and the ability to lead and drive the expansion of our clients business. The candidate must be a field-oriented individual, amenable to travel, with the credibility and stature to present to key decision-makers within the target audience. Must have ability to generate "customer pull" rather than relying on the reseller/distributor network to develop awareness of our Clients Networks and its solutions. Drive, energy and excellent communication skills within a fast-paced, open, informal company culture are key attributes for success, plus an ability to work with a high degree of autonomy while communicating with HQ to develop and implement tactical initiatives in the DoD.
