global marketplace.  

The Information Control & Compliance Manager is tasked with the ongoing 
assessment of the secure delivery, storage, and use of proprietary 
information by both internal and external users; insuring that we 
understand the vulnerabilities and potential weaknesses and identify ways 
to enhance the safeguarding of our proprietary information.   

Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational leadership and strategic direction to users of 
Microsofts proprietary information worldwide through effective program 
management. 

Manage cross-functional projects.

Act as the key point of contact to those Microsoft system / tool owners 
that provide proprietary information to users in relation to the Supply 
Chain Security & Compliance program execution.

Develop inspection plan and audit assessment questionnaire(s) to identify 
and assess vulnerabilities of proprietary information accessed, used, and 
stored by internal and external user. 

Review assessment findings and identify and implement corrective actions; 
collaborating to identify possible functionality enhancements, tighter 
controls and/or changes to P&Ps.       

Qualifications:

BA/BS Business or related field required.  7+ years work experience 

Knowledge of MS Supply Chain, outsource model and Lines of Business 
strongly desired

Experience in Operations (Supply Chain, Manufacturing), Operational Risk 
Assessment and Compliance Audits strongly desired

Flexibility in working hours.  Must be willing to accommodate multiple 
time zone constraints.
