Permanent Position located in Cleveland, Ohio Information Security Architect. Manage the efforts of the Information Security Architecture staff including develop Corp-wide information security architecture policies and strategy, develop and maintain the security architecture that is consistent with the principles and processes of Enterprise Architecture, assessing security solutions for adoption into the security architecture, track security architecture variances and their resolution, producing relevant management reports, and manage Corp information security architecture processes and activities. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Monitor and manage performance of the information security architecture staff. Provide on-going coaching and training of staff as needed. Establish information security architecture policies for Corp and affiliates. Ensure that vendor and contractors adequately conform to the Corp information security architecture. Develop and implement an information security architecture variance tracking system to provide senior management the status of security architecture. Establish processes and systems to ensure the adequacy of security architecture compliance. Coordinate information security architecture issues with Technology, Lines of Business, and other appropriate Corp organizations. Develop appropriate relationships with Enterprise Architecture and Operations to coordinate the adoption and implementation of the security architecture strategy. Design, implement, and maintain appropriate databases of technology and vendor information required to support security architecture. Develop a Corp-wide system to disseminate appropriate security architecture information and technical standards. Establish appropriate information security architecture reports for communicating to Corp senior management. Allocate division resources to support the information security architecture processes and procedures. Provide strategic leadership regarding information security architecture support. Manage information security architecture projects. Ensure timely resolution of information security architecture problems; handle escalated issues as needed. Manage information security architecture functions. MARGINAL OR PERIPHERAL FUNCTIONS Develop relationships with Corp functions to ensure information security architecture issues are addressed. Provide security-related support across multiple Corp organizations. Manage and continuously improve Information Security Architecture. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related field. 4-8 years technology, information security and/or risk related management experience. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification. Demonstrated experience in information security architecture. Ability to assess information security risks and understand business needs in order to develop effective security solutions that ensure compliance and the safety of Corp information assets. Superior technical knowledge and experience relating to security architecture. Management skills including communication, staffing, performance management, issue resolution, motivation, forecasting, and planning. Expertise in information security architecture tools, processes, methods, and techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service orientation.
