I've just been informed by my client that they've decided to focus on candidates who are either in New Jersey or can self-relocate. If you are on the east coast, they may be able to offer some relo assistance on a case by case basis.
The reason for the change is that this is a lead role which will require heavy personal interaction with the dev team.
To those of you who I've represented already, sit tight. The team is expanding and after the initial hire, my client will begin entertaining candidates who need to work remotely. I'll be in contact with you.
