TITLE: Sales Engineer TYPE: Direct Hire
START DATE: Immediate LOCATION: Dallas, TX OPPORTUNITY: A leading information security company, based in Atlanta, GA, has retained our firm to find a sales engineer for their Dallas, TX operations. We prefer candidates that are already established in that territory. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment with some of the industry's most sought after experts and to have exposure to leading edge network and security technology. The company has sustained growth over the last few years and is positioned to continue to make significant strides in this industry. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform on-site and telephone product demonstrations and consultations with prospective customers. * Act as a technical resource to sales and marketing for communicating highly technical information in clear, concise formats that users are able to understand. * Participate as a key contributor to company and product direction and future opportunities. REQUIREMENTS: * Prior software development experience or System Administrative experience * Knowledge of Enterprise wide infrastructures * Knowledge of information security concepts and principles * Previous sales or sales support experience * Good written and oral communication skills * Excellent presentation skills * The ability to work well in groups and interact with people from all disciplines * Organized, hard working, dedicated person, committed to results * Willingness to travel 10-20 days per month QUALIFICATIONS: * BA/BS degree in a related field * Computer Literate - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Security certifications a plus * Entrepreneurial spirit - takes ownership, doer, thinks outside the box, welcomes new challenges * Detail oriented and extremely organized * Flexible to adjust to a fast paced environment * Teachable and open to non-traditional methods of getting work done TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, PLEASE EMAIL the following to [EMAIL PROTECTED]: 1.
