Our client, a stable, growing, market leader, has asked us to locate a Team Lead in Security Software Development. Candidate must possess 5-6+ years experience needed in Designing, Programming, Developing and leading development teams of 5-10+. Major bonus points for patents, publications, etc. Must have: C/C++, full lifecycle multi-threaded design and development, heavy server side development, cross platform both Unix and Windows, TCP/UDP, cryptography, PKI, security protocols like RADIUS and/or IPSec, algorithms, LDAP, APIs/OCI/ODBC and must work well with cross functional teams (marketing, engineering, etc.).
