Hi everyone I am looking for a Sales Engineer to cover AsiaPacific with network security (Incident Response and IDS) experience for pre-sales support of enterprise solutions. Must have a strong security background in incident response, firewalls, IDS, VPN, and PKI. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for all technical sales support for customer and reseller organizations. Position Responsibilities: * Provide technical product information, quotes, RFIs and RFPs * Support various sales activities * Participate at tradeshows and conferences * Serve as technical evangelist * Interface to product marketing and engineering. * Support technical relationships with strategic partners Position Qualifications: * minimum 5+ years industry experience as Sales Engineer in security industry. * Experience as a network security engineer, CIRT, security administrator in a large multi-domain environment * In-depth knowledge of network security concepts with application knowledge of firewall and encryption applications. * General knowledge of Information Security Products and Techniques (Intrusion Detection, URL filtering, Firewall & system monitoring, encryption technologies/VPNs/PKI/IPSEC, etc.) * Strong Presentation skills with confidence to speak in front of small and large groups
