Perm Position Located in Cleveland, Ohio
Essential Functions: Lead effort to define, validate, communicate and as applicable, develop information security policies and standards. Compliance: Perform oversight responsibilities regarding tracking, reporting and communication of security compliance and variances. Support regulatory and legislative security compliance reporting requirements. Metrics: Provide definition, implementation and continuous improvement of the Information Security metrics reporting process and method. Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of metrics to assess Corp_s organizational acceptance of, and adherence to, Corporate Information Security standards. Awareness: Develop and implement Information Security Awareness Programs in partnership with other technical, line of business and training departments. Provide training as needed. Marginal Functions: Participate in special projects and prepare special management reports as requested. Develop relationships with critical risk management functions to ensure information security issues are addressed. Provide security-related support across multiple organizational components. Continuously improve information security processes. Required Skills: Bachelor degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related field. 4-8 years technology, Information Security and/or risk related management experience. 2-4 years compliance, metrics and/or training experience Ability to assess information security risks and understand business needs in order to develop effective solutions that ensure compliance and the safety of Corp information assets. Detailed knowledge of risks associated with information security. Good understanding of technology and security process requirements (operational processing, project management, metrics, awareness, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
