As a user/auditor/programmer, in depth knowledge of - SunOS 4.1.x, Solaris 2.x, Solaris 7/8, Linux, Free/Net/OpenBSD, BSDI/BSDOS, IRIX, HP/UX, AIX, OSF/1, Win95/98/NT, Win3.x/DOS VMS/OpenVMS (VAX&Alpha) Programming languages: C, SPARC asm, 80x86 asm, /bin/*sh, expect/tcl Networks: Packet switched - IP(TCP/UDP/ICMP/etc), X.25 Familiar with ATM and Frame Relay. Also have in depth knowledge of SS7. Security packages: Tripwire, COPS, SATAN, SSH, various cryptographically strong checksum algorithm implementations, Crack, TCPwrappers, nmap, and various custom written utilities. Most popular (free and commercial) NIDS, including RealSecure, Network Flight Recorder, Dragon, and others. Many non-IDS sniffer/passive monitoring tools, including tcpdump, AbirNet SessionWall, and NAI SnifferPro. In-depth knowledge of SecureID. In-depth knowledge of a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). In-depth knowledge of TACACS authentication. Commercial vulnerability scanners, including CyberCop/Ballista and ISS. Various Layer Protocols: TCP/IP, TCP/UDP/ICMP, IGMP, IP-IP (4), DNS(BIND 4/8/9), NAT, DHCP/BOOTP, SLIP/PPP, SMTP(sendmail, qmail, postfix), RADIUS, NNTP, NFS(v2/v3), ONC RPC, NIS/NIS+/YP, NTP, SNMP(v1/v2/v3), RIP(v1/v2), IRDP, HSRP, FTP, HTTP, and others. Firewalls/packet filters: Checkpoint Firewall-1, Cisco Packet Internet eXchange, SunScreen SPF & EFS, Gauntlet, IPFilter, IPFW. Routers: Cisco 2500s-7000s & various releases of IOS from 9.14-12.x.
