Manage the rollout of the customer Quality Management System. Plan and conduct periodic quality compliance audits. 4) Information Security Policies, Standards and Procedures Develop and manage the rollout of the policies, standards and procedures and their adoption to meet the requirements of ISO 17799. 5) Information Security Processes Develop and document complete and detailed security processes in accordance with the ITIL methodology. Provide a detailed job description for all the customer positions. 6) Information Security Research Provide research information on selected topics and subjects, and help the customer in building research team. 7) Program and Project Management Program/project management support for the implementation and management of information security projects, and help customer in developing the required processes and tools to build a program management office. 8) Skill Development Perform an assessment of the customer resources, provide a skill development plan, transfer skills and knowledge to the internal resources, and help the customer in obtaining certification to their resources in all needed functions 9) Operational Support Provide skilled resources for a defined period of time to manage the continued operations, and identify and contract with other vendors who will be in a position to provide the required skills where it cannot be provided by the vendor.
