JOB DESCRIPTION:
Package Integrity Services takes a risk-based approach to business
processes, systems integrity, and security to fully understand an
organization's risk and control tolerance, and balance that against
established organizational control objectives and integrity techniques.
Package Integrity Services professionals provide control design and
implementation services during process change and software implementation
projects in enterprise-wide application systems such as J.D. Edwards
(JDE), SAP, PeopleSoft, and Oracle. Package Integrity Services utilizes
a methodology that is unique to the industry. The methodology helps it's
professionals to create an efficient control process fully integrated
into the development methodology, delivering controlled solutions without
slowing the project schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS:
8+ years experience preferably in Information Systems Assurance
5+ years control implementation experience in an enterprise-wide
application system such as JD Edwards, SAP, PeopleSoft, or Oracle
Strong background in Controls re-engineering, application
security implementation, distributed system recovery, distributed
systems administration, database administration in security auditing
techniques and/or computer control environments
Must have had supervisory experience
Excellent potential for playing lead role in designated tasks of
the project team in gathering, organizing and analyzing data
Making major contributions in assuring products/deliverables meet
contract/workplan
Strong potential for growth and acceptance of additional
responsibilities
Demonstrate the ability to take a broad view of his/her position
and take initiative to communicate, interact, and cooperate with others
to ensure that all aspects of a task are addressed
Demonstrate ability to write report segments and to participate
in presentations
Have a willingness to travel 75 - 80%
Strong background in EDP control implementation in medium to
large computer environments
Strong technical and/or management background in several areas
relating to technical systems/environments including operating
systems, databases, access control software, telecommunications, systems
development, and operations
Demonstrate ability to plan marketing programs, create and direct
proposal and presentation efforts direct documents

J.D. Edwards (JDE) experience

practicality and integrity
Provides managerial and technical guidance
Manages all aspects of application security engagements in
complex environments
Responsible for internal and external communications to include
quality of the team's deliverable's
Responsible for client retention, relationship building, and
communication
Marketing & Sales
Demonstrates a working knowledge of market trends, including
opportunities and competitors' activities, and analyzes clients and their
needs
Understands the ERS Practice business plans and assumes an active
role in supporting the achievement of plan goals.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to selling and growing the
practice
Responsible for the development of proposals
Leadership & Team Building
Works actively to keep others motivated, committed, and involved
Evaluate, counsel, mentor and provide feedback on performance of
others
Responsible for oversight of application security team's training
and development program
Engagement Management
Responsible for engagement planning, economics, and billing
Manages a number of responsibilities in the face of competing
priorities.
Sets priorities for tasks based on relative importance and
urgency.
Consulting experience preferred
Demonstrate ability to implement business process controls and
security in JD Edwards, SAP, PeopleSoft, or Oracle
Perform risk and security assessments
Demonstrate strong knowledge in functional specialty by being
visible within ERS and within the marketplace
Maintain membership and visibility in professional & civic
organizations
Be active in professional associations through public speaking
and writing
QUALIFICATIONS OR DEGREE REQUIRED:
BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science,
Accounting, and Information Systems.
Masters or Bachelor of Science, Masters or Bachelor of Business
Administration Accounting, Computer Science, Information
Systems Administration dual degree
program or combination of degrees is a plus
CISA or Packaged Application Certification
