General Experience: � Intrusion detection systems, (i.e. Cisco, SNORT, DRAGON) � Security program development, planning and implementation � UNIX and Windows operating systems � Certification and accreditation � AIS security requirements and strategies � Vulnerability assessments and security risk mitigation � The design and development of report capabilities and formats for Dragon Intrusion Detection system � The design, development and maintenance of Dragon Intrusion Detection software systems � Managing a team of minimal guidance from program manager � Handling rapidly changing environment with minimal direct supervision Specialized Experience: At least 5 years of IT security related experience, such as Intrusion Detection configuration, implementation, maintenance, and analysis; defining computer security requirements for systems or high-level applications, evaluating approved security product capabilities, and developing proper computer system security solutions. Performing operating system hardening, vulnerability assessments, security policy creation and implementation.
