Base sal 50 -70k + 15% bonus/car/pen

Practice Manager - Job Spec
Experience:
* Minimum 10 years IT experience
* 2+ years in Delivery role
* Proven ability to analyse market data and create define/
design appropriate solutions
* Ability to create and deliver against a business plan
* Pre-Sales knowledge desired
* Minimum 5 years working in a Security related role
Roles/ Responsibility:
* To drive the business in EMEA through the organisation.
* To develop core Service offerings for the brand
* Identify opportunities for cross band solutions
* Work closely with management team in EMEA to understand the
regional market
* Act as a communication conduit between the field and Brand
* Monitor and drive attachment and penetration rate for
Service/ Product
* Determine and advise on education curriculum required to
support brand offerings
* Meet with senior customer executives to provide insight and
support on solutions
* Supervise the Principal Architects for the brand
Soft Skills:
* Good use of Word (for Business planning, report writing)
* Excellent presentation skills
* Excellent oral communication
* Good analytical skills
