About the position: eEye Digital Security is seeking a highly motivated individual to work within the Product Management group. The Product Manager will use qualitative and quantitative skills to evaluate customer needs/wants and competitive offerings. They will take the lead in translating customer needs/wants into product features and functional specifications. The successful candidate will drive the product development process from initial concept to implementation and will collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams to sell and deliver network security software solutions. Requirements: - MBA preferred, or equivalent 5+ years software product management experience - At least 2 years experience in product management delivering software solutions - Experience with security software: firewalls / intrusion detection systems / vulnerability scanners highly desirable - Well versed in both the technical and marketing elements of delivering commercial software applications - Understanding software development life cycle - Project management and team lead experience - Strong analytical, problem solving, presentation, and communication skills - Technical writing experience highly desirable - In-depth understanding of Windows NT/2000/XP Serious candidates only.
