REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - Federal Market 

A prospective Regional Sales Manager must have a successful track record 
selling security, networking or VPN solutions to Federal Government 
Accounts. Regional Sales Managers will develop and manage an assigned 
geographical territory consisting of various government entities, 
resellers and strategic partners. Candidates need to be self-motivated and 
possess the capability to develop and execute sales strategy and tactics 
that maximize the Neoteris opportunity in their region, working closely 
with regional and National resellers. Some travel required. 

REQUIREMENTS:

� Eight+ years of sales experience exceeding quotas selling security, 
networking hardware or software solutions. 
� Direct experience and proven success selling into Federal Accounts. 

� Successful experience closing complex Enterprise sales with multiple 
buying influences 

� Actionable rolodex in the territory 

� Working relationship with local networking and security resellers in 
assigned territory 

� Ability to demo products, working independently from SEs 

� Ability to apply return on investment analysis to sales situations 

� Strong presentation, and communications skills of complex secure access 
solutions 

� Strong technical skills 

� BS degree or equivalent 

� Active security clearance a plus
