PR Manager We are currently seeking to add another player to our PR team. This is a highly visible role within our marketing department and will be responsible for: � Press Relations � management of press in networking and security spaces, as well as trade press in vertical markets (health care, financial services, government, education, etc.). Some business press relations will be required � mAnalyst Relations � some analyst relations will be required � Content Creation � press releases, presentations, case studies, contributed articles, etc. � Management of public relations agencies internationally � mManagement of our awards program � Management of our speaking opportunity program Requirements: � 6-8 years of overall experience in a PR role within technology companies � Strong written and verbal communication skills (writing samples required) � A proven track record of managing effective media relations programs/plans/launches/campaigns � Exceptional media/analyst relations skills and contacts (references will be helpful) � Experience with technical press in the networking and/or security spaces � Experience with trade press in vertical markets � Some business press experience � Prior startup experience preferred This is an immediate need.
