ArcSight - a leading provider of security risk management software has immediate openings for experienced support engineers and a support engineer manager in Sunnyvale California. Support Engineers will be responsible for handling level 1 and 2 customer support issues via phone and e-mail, and will work closely with development, QA, Pre-Sales and professional services teams to track and respond to customer issues.
