ArcSight - a leading provider of security risk management software has
immediate openings for experienced support engineers and a support engineer
manager in Sunnyvale California.  Support Engineers will be responsible for
handling level 1 and 2 customer support issues via phone and e-mail, and
will work closely with development, QA, Pre-Sales and professional services
teams to track and respond to customer issues.

The ideal candidates should have the following:
�       Previous experience in a field or internal support/engineering
position - a minimum of 2-years preferred
�       Excellent verbal and written communication skills
�       Excellent problem solving skills
�       A strong understanding of both UNIX and Windows Operating Systems
�       A strong understanding of Networking and TCP/IP 
�       A solid familiarity with multiple security products such as
Firewalls, VPNs and NIDS
�       An understanding of Oracle, DB2, Java and PERL would also be a plus
