vulnerability assessment tools, Intrusion Detection Systems, hacking 
tools, Anti-Virus/Anti-SPAM]; advanced UNIX software development and 
system administration experience; power-user Windows skills [OS installs, 
patching, vulnerability analysis, networking tools and utilities];  
familiarity with several e-mail, proxy, web, directory and calendar 
servers; advanced knowledge of Internet Protocol.  Experience developing 
technical strategies, preparing and managing budgets, evaluating
