Fast growing, exclusive client located in suburban Maryland, has immediate 
need for a person to manage all customer and partner training activities 
to ensure knowledge transfer of product functionality.  Develop, maintain 
and deliver train-the-trainer curriculum, certification curriculum, and 
customer based training.  Collaborate with internal expert knowledge base 
to ensure accuracy and thoroughness of training materials.  

Qualifications: A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required.  
Requires five to seven years of experience in product instruction, 
technical training, or a combination of field sales/product 
support/consulting with a minimum of one to three years as a senior level 
instructor. Experience with a start up environment is preferred. Network 
security/intrusion detection industry experience is highly preferred.  
Some travel may be involved (possibly up to 50%). 

Company offers a base salary to $90,000 plus excellent benefits, but does 
not offer relocation. Must be a local candidate in the Baltimore - 
Washington area. Company does not sponsor.
