IT Security Engineer with a strong knowledge of ISO 17799 and HMG infosec standards required to join the technical design authority for a leading government project with this global solution provider. You will be responsible for the design, implementation and monitoring of IT security policy and procedure for all IT and communications systems on next generation warships. As an adviser and consultant you will work closely with technical design teams ensuring compliance with the security policy throughout all stages of the project life cycle. Applicants must hold previous experience of working autonomously in the specification of IT security policies and procedures to UK government standards together with a sound technical knowledge of Windows NT.
