A leading financial services company is searching for a Senior Technology Manager who can develop and implement a strategic vision for enterprise wide initiatives regarding Access and Identity Management.
He/she will be responsible for leading and managing efforts to develop processes and tools for Access and Identity Management architecture & deployment. Successful candidate will ensure development of an integrated enterprise plan that can be articulated to senior levels of management across different technology and business groups. Plans must be successfully executed to integrate all aspects of Access & Identity Management across the enterprise.
A successful candidate must be familiar with large scale integrated rollouts and a have a proven track record of successfully translating business requirements into technical solutions that meet the needs of a large-scale enterprise environment.
He/she must be able to articulate the vision, ensure development of a plan to support that vision and execute. Excellent technical leadership, presentation and communication skills are a must. Detailed knowledge of Access & Identity processes and tools (directory, web authentication, eprovisioning, etc) required. Big 4 experience preferred.
