We have a position for a Vice President, Security Services Division at our headquarters in Arlington, VA. We are metro accessible and garage parking is also available. Job Description: This position will be responsible for the management and growth of the Security Services practice within Alphatech. The incumbent will nurture current customers and employees, seeking out and pursue new business opportunities in this area, and manage the current Alphatech workforce involved in the Security area. Required Skills: Minimum degree required is a BA or BS. Must have 5 years of hands-on technical work and 10 + years of management experience. Awareness/knowledge of security requirements and technologies. Understanding of business development and capture in the federal goverment market. Establishing close working relationship with customers. Knowledge of government contracting, proposal writing and review, staff development skills, and ability to bring new business to the company are desired.
