Our Enterprise Risk Services (ERS) practice is a global leader in helping
clients manage risk from the boardroom to the network. As the largest
risk management consulting practice of its kind, we offer a comprehensive
array of services designed to help our clients understand business risks,
determine acceptable levels of exposure, implement controls, and provide
ongoing measurement and monitoring of the risk environment and compliance.
Within ERS, the Security Services practice was specifically created to
address our clients' needs around information protection. We have
conducted technical assessments of client networks; security risk
assessments including reviews of administrative, organizational, and
physical spaces; and security engineering to build the security
architecture for major corporations.
Our practitioners have hands-on experience not only in assessing complex
networks and systems, but also in the design and configuration of complex
security controls. Every professional utilizes our Firm-wide methodology
to ensure seamless global engagements. Deloitte & Touche has invested
heavily in developing our Security Services capabilities. We have
developed, tested, and refined our methodologies to efficiently provide
high-quality and cost-effective services.
We currently have an opening in our Atlanta, GA office for a <b>Senior
Manager of SAP Security </b>and also a <b>Senior Manager of PeopleSoft
Security. </b>
Required Skills for the SAP and PeopleSoft opening include: <ul>
<li> SAP R3 or PeopleSoft security implementation with all modules
including HR.
<li> Business Warehouse application security implementation.
<li> Understanding segregation of duty concerns with respect to
application security implementations
<li> Knowledge and understanding of SAP or PeopleSoft administration
and maintenance.
<li> Building SAP or PeopleSoft application security.
<li> BA/BS in information technology or related field, MS preferred
<li> CISSP, CCNA and/or CISM, CISA certification a plus
<li> Minimum of eight years related experience
<li> Ability to develop security baseline strategies and security
methodologies
<li> Ability to develop new business
<li> Prior Big 4 or consulting experience
<li> Excellent technical, analytical, interpersonal, communication,
and management skills
<li> Industry Experiences in financial services, high-tech, consumer
products, manufacturing and/or healthcare preferred
<li> Ability to travel </ul>
Preferred technology experience with the following: <ul>
<li> SAP 4.5 and above (4.7 preferred)
<li> Knowledge of SAP security from SAP 3.0 a plus
<li> Business Warehouse 2.0 and above
<li> Understanding of SAP protocols.
OR
<li> Knowledge of PeopleSoft modules and protocols.</ul>
General responsiblities include:<ul>
<li> Provide managerial and technical guidance and manage all aspects
of information protection architecture projects in complex networked
environments
<li> Develop security policies and procedures
<li> Perform risk and security assessments, as well as tool evaluation
<li> Design and implement information protection architecture and
security or cryptographic solutions
<li> Play lead role in client retention, relationship building, and
communication
<li> Play lead role in internal and external communication/deliverable
quality including technical content of reports, proposals, etc.
<li> Demonstrate high level of understanding of clients business
<li> Demonstrate strong knowledge in industry or functional specialty
<li> Mold the individuals on the engagement into a team
<li> Play lead role in management planning, economics, and billing
<li> Sell new and ?add-on? business to clients
<li> Identify opportunities to cross-sell other services
<li> Meet assigned sales target/team sales targets
<li> Membership and visibility in professional & civic organizations
<li> Develop proposals
<li> High visibility in functional or industry specialty
<li> Publication in designated areas
<li> Public speaking
<li> Responsible for oversight or advisee training and development
program
<li> Evaluate, counsel, mentor and provide feedback on performance of
others
<li> Play substantive/lead role in retention of professionals and in
building staff complement, mix, and recruiting
<li> Play substantive/lead role in developing a strong relationship
with D&T Audit and Tax professionals</ul>
