Position Description:

Candidate will lead the delivery of client projects with primarily
responsibility for the technical assessment and development of our client's
security management policies, procedures and standards, enterprise
applications, and information systems infrastructures at the network, host
and application level.  In addition, the candidate is responsible for
independently identifying, assessing and responding to client's security
related issues and challenges as they arise.  Must have a broad knowledge
of current IT security related trends and be able to proactively identify
potential security issues in order to advise and consult clients on
prevention, monitoring and mitigation strategies.  The candidate will also
participate in writing and presenting proposals for large and complex
engagements.


Essential Skills Required:
�     6-8 years of technical experience in the security aspects of multiple
computer platforms, operating systems, software products, network protocols
and system architecture.
�     Knowledge of security architecture methodologies, Industry best
practices and generally accepted information security principles.
�     Advanced knowledge and experience in Web application and Internet
security.
�     Experience in using security tools and techniques for intrusion
prevention (RealSecure, NetRanger, Snort etc.) and virus detection.
Exposure to various security assessment tools (CyberCop; ISS; NMAP; Nesuss;
LanGuard, etc).
�     Experience in integrating security services (authentication,
authorization, encryption, integrity, and non-repudiation) into
applications.
�     Demonstrated skills in addressing complex privacy and regulatory
issues and developing enterprise wide security management programs.
�     Advanced project management, planning, organizational communication
skills, and ability to scope prospective engagements, develop proposals and
negotiate project contracts.
�     Excellent leadership and team development skills.  Advanced written,
verbal communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated mastery of
security consulting at the senior management and executive level.
�     Ability to formulate and communicate highly technical and complex
security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear
and effective manner.
�     Vertical industry experience in Federal / Defense (with active
clearance), or Commercial environment.


Education Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering,
or related discipline required, Graduate Degree preferred.  CISSP
certification desired.
